This single-origin bar is made from one of the world’s finest heirloom cacao beans “Arriba Nacional,” sourced directly from our farmer in Ecuador. The cacao beans are sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, refined, conched, aged, tempered and packaged here in our factory. In 2016, this bar became a Good Food Awards finalist and won a bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards.
