This chocolate begins with one of the world’s finest heirloom cacao beans, “Arriba Nacional,” sourced directly from a farm in Ecuador.
These beans go through sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, refining, conching, and aging in our factory before we grate the chocolate into this Chef’s Chocolate for easy melting.
Use it for desserts, in smoothies, in place of baker’s chocolate, and anywhere your creativity takes you!
