This chocolate begins with one of the world’s finest heirloom cacao beans, “Arriba Nacional,” sourced directly from a farm in Ecuador.
These beans go through sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, refining, conching, and aging in our factory before we break the chocolate into sweet morsel bits of Chef’s Chocolate for easy melting, or using in your favorite recipe. Use it for desserts, in smoothies, in baking, and anywhere your creativity takes you!
