Life got messy for us when we lost Creo Chocolate’s co-founder, Janet, to breast cancer. She used her cancer to invest in relationships with others facing the challenges of life. This bar is dedicated to her memory, to the hope and encouragement she gave to others. The bright color of this chocolate comes from the purple dried hibiscus petals, refined into creamy handcrafted white chocolate. This (purple) white chocolate is sprinkled with sliced freeze-dried strawberries, bringing an explosion of flavor. Its sweet-tart floral flavor is reminiscent of a Mexican hibiscus tea.
