To make this bar, our cacao nibs are barrel aged with Portland's own Westward malt whiskey before being crafted into a creamy dark milk chocolate. A sprinkle of smoked sea salt on the back brings out the complex and lingering flavors of this bar, which happens to be one of our personal favorites! This bar brought home a Gold from the Academy of Chocolate, London. We think you'll agree with the judges.
