Candy Cap Mushroom

Candy Cap-infused ganache (an earthy maple flavor), enrobed in dark chocolate. A staff favorite.

The Candy Cap Mushroom is grown in the NW, picked then dried, which intensifies the flavor. The dried mushroom is then infused into cream. Next, the cream is used to make a center that has the flavor of dulce de leche with a maple flavor. The maple flavor is derived from the Candy Cap Mushroom.

Ingredients 

White (Dulcey) chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, dried skimmed milk, whey (milk), butter (milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), dark chocolate( cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), cream, inverted sugar, butter(milk), and dried candy cap mushrooms. 

Allergen statement: Contains milk and soy. 

Manufactured on shared equipment with products containing milk, eggs, wheat, sesame seeds, peanuts & tree nuts
