The Candy Cap Mushroom is grown in the NW, picked then dried, which intensifies the flavor. The dried mushroom is then infused into cream. Next, the cream is used to make a center that has the flavor of dulce de leche with a maple flavor. The maple flavor is derived from the Candy Cap Mushroom.
