We're Hiring: Full-time Production Assistant - Chocolate Lab, NE Portland, OR

Creo Chocolate is looking for a Full-time Production Assistant (40 hours/week) to join our chocolatier team at our Portland factory. This hands-on role will assist in creating craft chocolate and related products. Reliable transportation/ability to walk to work is a must. This position offers significant opportunities for growth as you develop your skills in craft chocolate production. This position does not require chocolate making experience. Passion for craft chocolate and quality food production

Must have:

Multnomah County Food Handlers permit (or ability to obtain quickly)

Physical ability to work on your feet for long stretches in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Gmail and Google Suite

Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety protocols

Flexible schedule with ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities

Desire to work four days a week, for ten hours a day (Monday through Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chocolatiers in craft chocolate production and related products

Package chocolate bars and products with attention to quality and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas

Document processes clearly to ensure consistency and quality

Support factory tours and educational experiences as needed

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Handle general maintenance and cleaning tasks as required
