By the time your chocolate arrives, it is at it's peak freshness. The products are best if consumed immediately as they do not include artificial flavors and preservatives.
Caring For Chocolate
Our chocolate is handcrafted in Portland. We source direct-trade and local ingredients whenever possible.
Storage
Chocolates should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool environment between 54° and 68°F, similar to the way red wine is stored.
Storage outside these parameters will shorten shelf life. We do not recommend refrigeration.
