How long will it take your order to reach you? Please check the transit times - often ground shipping is faster than 3 Day Shipping and will save you money:

 

PROCESSING ORDERS

•  We are dedicated to ensuring that our products reach your doorstep in great condition.  In warm weather months, we do not ship Creo products Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, to avoid the risk of sitting in trucks, warehouses, or on your doorstep over the weekend and melting.  Any Creo orders received after 12pm Tuesday, Pacific Time, will be shipped the following Monday.

WARM WEATHER ADVISORY

• Choose 2nd Day Air to avoid chocolate melting when outdoor temperature exceeds 68°. Cold packs are only effective if your order will reach you in 2 days.

• Choose Next Day Air when outdoor temperature exceeds 85°.

• Make sure to select a shipping destination where someone will be there to sign for package and bring it in from the heat.

COURIER INFORMATION

• To ensure the freshness of our products, we choose the best shipping option, which, in most cases, is UPS Standard ground

  Courier Limitations 

•  UPS are unable to deliver to P.O., A.P.O., A.F.B. or F.P.O. boxes.  A street address consisting of a Rural Route, Box, Highway or State Route can only be accepted with an area code and telephone number.

SPECIAL PACKAGING

• From May 1st  through October 31st, special packaging is required to ensure your order arrives in good condition.  We pack our products with dry or blue ice, and you must choose appropriate shipping methods to ensure your candy will not melt. Please refer to the Transit Map and the WARM WEATHER ADVISORY above.

SHIPPING FEES

• For overnight or second day full shipping charges apply.  Special surcharges for special shipping services (Alaska/Hawaii and Saturday delivery).

DELIVERY

• All products delivered by UPS will arrive in 7-10 business days unless you choose expedited delivery by selecting either 'next day' or 'second day' guaranteed service at the appropriate additional charge.
