Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I order?
Self-serve orders need 2–3 business days of processing before they leave our Portland factory. Bespoke projects need four to six weeks for design, printing, and assembly. In November and December both timelines stretch, so book as early as you can.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for self-serve gifting: order one box or two hundred. Bespoke projects generally start around 25 gifts, though we're happy to talk through smaller runs if the idea is right.
Can you put our logo on the packaging?
Yes. We can print your logo on gift notes, sleeves, and boxes, and match ribbon to your brand colors.
Can you ship to each recipient individually?
We can. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we'll ship each gift directly, with an individual note in every box.
What happens if the chocolate melts in transit?
Tell us and we'll replace it. If a gift arrives melted, that's on us.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Our dark chocolate is dairy-free and vegan friendly, and we add no gluten, soy, nuts, or eggs to the majority of our chocolate products. We do manufacture on shared equipment with wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, so please tell us about serious allergies and we'll work with you.
How do we pay? Can you invoice us?
Self-serve orders check out with a card like any other order. For bespoke projects we can invoice with terms and accept purchase orders. Just mention it on the request form and we'll set it up.
