Where this chocolate comes from

Single-origin cacao from Hacienda Victoria in Guayas, Ecuador. Cacao Nacional Arriba, recognized as Heirloom by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative. We buy direct from the farm and roast, grind and temper every batch by hand in our Portland chocolate lab.
