Where this chocolate comes from

Single-origin cacao from Hacienda Victoria in Guayas, Ecuador. Cacao Nacional Arriba, recognized as Heirloom by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative. We buy direct from the farm and roast, grind and temper every batch by hand in our Portland chocolate lab.

This single-origin bar is made using premium cacao beans, sourced directly from our partner farm in Ecuador. 

Our 85% Cacao dark chocolate bar is lightly sweetened, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth – a true must-try for any fan of dark chocolate. 

Naturally-occurring flavor notes: honey, caramel, nuts, and red fruit

cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter
